1.Last year, visitors from Paris came to Sheffields Farm: a girl, Claire, and her mum. They had very nice clothes, a big car and a little dog, called Lilly.
2.Sam liked Sally, because she wanted to help on the farm and she wanted to play with Sam and his dog Jo. But her mother said: “You must not help on the farm, because your clothes are getting wet and the animals are dangerous.” She didn´t like the farm smell and she was frightened of Jo. Claire was sad and she read books instead all the time.
3.One evening her mother went for a walk with Lilly. But suddenly Lilly ran away, she chased a bird and Claire´s mother didn´t find her. Then she came back, she was sad and cried.
4.Sam, Jo and Claire went out to the fields. The night was dark and they found an old house. Claire was frightened. Suddenly Jo barked, because Lilly was inside; she wanted to get out, but the door was closed. Sam opened the door and Lilly came out.
5.Sam, Jo and Claire took Lilly home. When they said: “Jo found her”, Claire´s mother was very happy. She said: “Thank you” and gave Sam and Jo a huge present: “Of course, Claire can play with you and Jo”. The rest of the holiday was great!
